The Parva Domus mansion is an elegant house with a lot of history, located in a privileged location in the city of Montevideo. It has been restored to its original splendor to become a distinctive and attractive space where social and corporate events can be held. Integrated into Propio Montevideo, Parva Domus has a main hall for events with capacity for up to 200 people, a meeting room and a recently built barbecue area, surrounded by gardens.

The Parva Domus lounge is located on the first floor, with easy access from the main lobby. With more than 200 square meters completely free, it becomes a highly versatile space for holding medium and large social events. With a warm and sophisticated period style, this room is the ideal place to celebrate all types of events.
